A Technical Cover Plan provides access to assistance for your Sage Pastel Accounting Software via telephone, e-mail, with some limited assistance available via Remote Access.   • Have a current Software Cover Plan  with Business Intelligence Ltd. A Software Cover Plan provides you with all updates and upgrades to the latest Version or Build of the software. Please note: a Software Cover Plan does not include Technical Support from Business Intelligence Ltd.
  • Have a current Total Cover Plan with Business Intelligence Ltd. A Total Cover Plan combines the benefits of both the Technical Cover and Software Covers Plans into one comprehensive package. Holders of a Total Cover Plan receive free support via telephone, fax, e-mail, together with all Updates and Upgrades released for your Sage Pastel accounting software.
